I’m Jo, and I’ve been a tech enthusiast since the days of Pong and Dial-up. I created Life Leveled Up to help my fellow Gen Xers and Boomers navigate the fast-changing world of technology without the headache. Whether you’re tired of corporate manuals or you've found yourself lost in a "rabbit hole" trying to learn one thing and ending up with a hundred more questions, you’re in the right place.
I know firsthand how the right tools - whether it’s a Mustard Gold desk mat or a simple AI shortcut - can truly level up your daily life. My mission is to provide independent tech education that focuses on how the Tech of Today works and why the Tech of Yesterday still matters.

This is an independent operation. You’ll see my friend Missy and our "emotional support" cats, Buddy (the sleeper) and Luna (full parkour), appearing in my videos as guests. We aren't here to impress anyone; we're here to provide the reference guides I wish I had and share them with our community.

Because I love exploring new frontiers, you’ll notice that our online personalities are digitally enhanced with the help of AI. While these "leveled up" versions of us help me produce content more efficiently, I want you to know they are built from very real photos of very real people.
